The native lectors of the e-Hindi course

We will be launching the online Hindi learning platform soon! This results from the two-year work of the entire team, the members of which we will present to you upon the inauguration on the platform landing page. Today, however, you can get acquainted with native speakers who prepared recordings in Hindi for you. Thanks to them, you will be able to practice correct pronunciation and become familiar with the original sound of the language.

Umesh Kumar Tanwar is a native Hindi speaker from the small village of Berka, situated near India’s capital, Delhi. He is a postdoctoral scientist at Adam Mickiewicz University, studying plants’ stress physiology and functional genomics. It was a great honour for him to be involved in the Hindi project and use his voice to teach Hindi and introduce the beauty of Indian culture to those eager to learn.

Amit Kumar Nagwani is a Ph.D. scholar at the Faculty of Biology, Adam Mickiewicz University, Poland. He was born in Sargaon, Chhattisgarh, in India (central zone). Hindi is his mother tongue.

Dr Gopal Singh is from District Almora, Uttrakhand, India. He is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Poznań, Poland. He is a native speaker of Hindi.

Dr Himani Agrawal is from District Almora, Uttrakhand, India. She is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Poznań, Poland.

Neelam Porwali is a Ph.D. student in biology currently living in Poland. She is from Rajasthan in India. She lived in Mumbai and Bonn.

Bharti Aggarwal is a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Biology at Adam Mickiewicz University, Poland. She was born and raised in the city of Ludhiana, situated in Punjab, India. Her native language is Punjabi and Hindi.
