The stage of creating the work schedule for all months of the project has been finished. We have prepared a comprehensive, multifaceted document that will serve as a basis for coordinating further actions.
The schedule has been divided into three main stages. The first is planning, analysis, and preparing initial content, the second is the stage of preparing lesson units both substantively and technically, and the last one is testing and implementation. The document includes also the milestones as well as the reporting and communication.
We have assigned each team their tasks for consecutive months. We have also scheduled a series of team meetings to monitor the project progress and introduce possible alterations.
